Mrs. SE Kuthkola
Managing Partner &
Attorney-At-Law
Mrs. Se Kuthkola is a licensed attorney under the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and holds a Bachelor of Law and a master’s degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics. Mrs. Se Kuthkola has over 15 years of experience in the legal profession and has been practicing law since 2006 with several national and international law firms in Phnom Penh in both the Khmer and English language. Mrs. Se Kuthkola specializes in the field(s) of Corporate & Commercial, Real Estate, Labour Law, banking, Intellectual Property, Immigration and Litigation and Dispute Resolution law. She has appeared as the attorney representing and defending the interests of clients before the national appeal court and supreme court in multiple provinces for civil cases, criminal cases, commercial and labor cases. She currently provides legal services and counseling for corporate clients across the country.
Mr. SE Kuchvisal

Mr. Se Kuchvisal became a licensed attorney of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He possess over 10 years of legal experience with multiple national and international law firms in Phnom Penh, working in both the Khmer and English language. He has experience working with the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC).
Mr. Se Kuchvisal holds a Bachelor of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics and a Bachelor of Information Technology from the Royal University of Phnom Penh. Mr. Se Kuchvisal has represented clients before the appeal court and supreme court in the multiple provinces in Cambodia with civil cases, family matter and criminal cases. In addition to court cases, Mr. Se Kuchvisal also practices legal work related to Family Law, Adoption, Claim any compensation and Litigation and Dispute Resolution law.
Ms. CHEA Kim

Ms. Chea Kim has been professionally involved in taxation law since 2010, having experience and expertise in every sector, including small taxpayer, medium taxpayer and large. Ms. Chea Kim holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Vanda Institute in 2010 and tax agent certificate from General Department of Taxation in 2018. She speaks Khmer, Chinese and English.
She specializes in accounting and finance and taxation. She has been involved in various business activities including the food industry, hotel industry, lottery industry, casino industry and manufacturing industry.
She is a licensed tax agent under the General Department of Taxation and has collaborated with multiple national and international companies in Phnom Penh. She currently holds the position of tax agent for various local investment firms. She is available to provide consultation on tax services.
Ms. SREY Nak
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PARTNER
& CSR SPECIALIST
Ms. Srey Nak has more than five years of working experience in project management, people management, and legal consultation in human rights in business. Her specialization is leadership for sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and human rights.
She has taken part in legal research and writing contributed to a book publication of a research institute in Sweden. She is also a leadership coach in the context of sustainability for women in Asia through Wedu (https://www.weduglobal.org/). She has worked for three years at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) for both the national and the international side (UNAKRT). There, she summarised and analysed testimonies for the court based on the court’s judgement, providing legal research, and recording the testimonies of the tribunal.
She has earned master’s degrees in international human rights law from Lund University, leadership for sustainability from Malmö University, and public international law from Paris 8 University. She has earned a bachelor’s degree in law from English Language Based Bachelor of Law Program (ELBBL), the Royal University of Law and Economics, in 2015.
Ms. CHHUON Vannak

Ms. Chhuon Vannak is a dedicated legal professional with over four years of specialized experience in the trust sector. She has played a key role in supporting cross-border trust projects, working in close collaboration with government institutions and private-sector partners. She has successfully completed the Approved Persons Training for the Trust Sector and holds a professional qualification certificate from TR, further reinforcing her expertise in trust administration and compliance.
In addition to her trust sector experience, she brings more than eight years of leadership in community development, including work with youth organizations, the establishment of agricultural enterprises, and the management of student dormitories and learning centers. She has worked closely with the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction to resolve complex real estate and land issues.
Her legal practice focuses on commercial and investment law, trust and fiduciary services, real estate transfers, and regulatory compliance in Cambodia. She is widely recognized for her accurate legal research, practical problem-solving skills, and clear, reliable legal support. Her strengths include legal drafting, due diligence, and delivering actionable legal advice for complex domestic and international transactions.
Ms. Chhuon Vannak holds a Master of Laws in Private Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), Phnom Penh. She is fluent in Khmer and English.
Mr. LAY Sakda

Mr. Lay Sakda has more than two years of experience working with a law firm. He currently works as a legal associate in the practice group of dispute resolution. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Royal University of Law and Economics and is proficient in the Khmer and English language. Mr. Lay Sakda specializes in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, administrative letters and applications as required and assigned by attorneys and professional authority relevant to litigation. He assists attorneys and professional experts in corresponding with other relevant legal authority at all levels of the courts by following up on cases, filing or withdrawing documents, delivering legal documents to stake holders, and facilitating payment of litigation fee. Mr. Lay Sakda is highly capable and a competent communicator with relevant partners and other institutions, resulting in efficient and timely work as required by the clients. Currently, Mr. Lay Sakda specializes in assisting attorneys and other legal professionals in drafting legal documents for attorneys for dispute resolution through both litigation and non-litigation procedure.
