V2202: Law on Amendment of Law on Commercial Enterprise, Rules and Registration.

The Law on Amendment of Law on Commercial Enterprise was promulgated in January of 2022 (hereby referred to as ‘The New Commercial Enterprise Law’).
The New Commercial Enterprise Law both states the amended provisions of previous articles by introducing new regulations on particular commercial enterprises, notably the sole proprietorship and additionally, repeals most articles regarding securities.
