On 05^th July 2022, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training issued Prakas no. 168/22 ក.ប/ប្រ.ក.ប.ស on the Procedure of Registration for Businesses, Institutions and Employees and the Contributions for Individuals stipulated under the Labour Law for National Social Security Fund (hereby referred to as the ‘Prakas’) for the purpose of determining the registration procedure in order to guarantee the effectiveness in implementation of Social Security in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
